The 8555 Bale Processor efficiently processes round or rectangular bales of straw to a consistently short length, as needed in poultry or cubicle bedding, or TMR rations. The system also processes clamp and baled silage.
With a removable screen and optional bypass frame, it offers three modes: Short Chop, Shred, and Distribute.

The 8500 can process bales of cornstalks, straw, hay and silage, as well as clamp silage.
Screen size can be changed through the side of the machine in seconds, and an optional bypass frame is available when no cut control is required..
The ‘Dual Chop’ system incorporates a set of retractable blades that can be repositioned at the touch of a button, changing straw output from short chop (around 50mm) to no chop.
The 2 speed fan has 8 replaceable paddles for straightforward servicing. The wide body format incorporates a large diameter fan to ensure a consistent delivery and maximum blow distance.
Service life is increased by up to 3 times with Hardox used in the the wearing parts in the chute and fan housing.
The Dual Chop crossbeater has 168 hardox rippers, creating over 64,000 scissor chops/minunte, that interact with fixed blades when in the chopping position.
Chain drive to crossbeater ensures reliable power transmission.
The robust WiFi control desk means that the 8500 only requires a 12v electrical connection with the control desk remaining in the cab.
Auto chain order (crossbeater drive) is recommended for high-use operations.
