After Sales Support Engineer

Teagle Machinery Ltd, the UK’s leading manufacturer of bale processors, is expanding its service and technical support operations and is seeking an After Sales Support Engineer to strengthen its commitment to customer service and product support.

This role is ideal for a well-organised and resourceful individual with hands-on experience in servicing and operating agricultural machinery. The successful candidate will be a strong team player and motivator, capable of taking the initiative and working independently.

Reporting to the Engineering Director, the After Sales Support Engineer will provide technical support to both customers and the sales team, helping to maintain Teagle’s reputation for reliability and performance worldwide.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:

  • Servicing and repairing agricultural machinery
  • Providing remote technical support
  • Training end users in the correct operation and maintenance of agricultural machinery


Key responsibilities of the After-Sales Support Engineer will include:

  • Providing remote technical support to engineers, customers, and the sales team
  • Managing all aspects of the warranty system, including administration and follow-up
  • Conducting service visits to diagnose and resolve specific machine performance issues, and documenting solutions
  • Investigating technical issues through diagnostics and troubleshooting, both remotely and on-site
  • Delivering training to dealer service staff remotely, on-site at Teagle, or at the dealer’s premises

About You

The ideal candidate would have:

  • Ideally, a good knowledge of agriculture practice and machinery used in agriculture
  • Experience of servicing and repairing agricultural machinery
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Good basic computer skills
  • Full Driving licence
  • Passport
